The Primary Admin, as defined by the organization, is the one who is the email sender for Amber reachout emails. As a Primary admin, you have access to the entire dashboard and can add/remove admins and sub admins. Primary admin can only be one and not multiple and can view the data of the entire employee population of the organization. Only a primary admin can see the chats which a super admin/sub admin will have with Amber.
In general, the CEO of an organization is registered as a primary Admin.
The Super admin, as defined by the HR team and the organization, has access to the entire dashboard, and can add more super admins and sub Admins in the system. As a super admin, you can view the data of the entire employee population of the organisation.
In general, the CHRO or HRBP or a senior member of the HR Team are registered as super admins in an organisation.
A Sub admin has limited access to Amber's Dashboard. The sub admin can only view data of a subset of employee population and not the data of the entire organisation.
In general a sub admin can be the HRBP handling a particular region or business unit, and has access to the data of only that region or business unit.
Super Admins and Sub admins will receive tenure chats from Amber whenever they complete a milstone, just like all other employees. However, the Primary admin will never recieve such chats from Amber.
