How to Use the latest Export Feature?
We have now added an ‘Export’ button that will appear on the following pages of Amber’s dashboard:
Response Rate Page - Response Rate, People Covered, All People
When you scroll down the bottom of the Response Rate page, you can find an export icon next to Chats Sent, People Covered, and People respectively.
PTM Page - PTM Employee List, Ageing List
You can find the export icon under View PTM Cases to get data of all the employees who have landed in PTM for the selected date range.
You can also export the data from PTM Ageing Reports.
Anonymous Messages - Active Conversations. Archived Conversations, Closed Conversations
You can find the icon right next to 'Anonymous Messages' and choose the type of conversation you want to export.
Exit Module - All Chats
When you scroll down the bottom of the Exit Chats page, you can find an export icon under 'All Chats'
Crisis Module - Response Rate, People Covered, All People
When you scroll down the dashboard, you can find the export icon in Response Rate, People Covered, and All People at the top.
This feature will not appear for Admins who have ‘Data Export’ toggled off under Personalized Views.
Whereas, if only the PIIs or Employee Chats are turned off for an Access Group, the export feature will be disabled only for Response Rate page, PTM page, Crisis Module and Exit Module.
How to Export Data from the dashboard?
- Click on the ‘Export’ button.
- Choose whether you want to export the data only for Currently Filtered employees (in case you want the data only for a certain chat status, watchlist, etc.) or All Employees.
- Select any additional data or demographic details that you want to export.
- Lastly, you can also export the employees’ latest chats or chat notes as an add-on.
And you’re done! You’ll receive an email with the exported .csv file.
How to Access the Exported Data?
Usually, it takes 1-2 minutes for the exported data to reach your inbox. For large data sets, it might take up to 15-20 minutes. This file will contain the export identifier details along with the password-protected .csv file:
