Amber enables each of your employees to have meaningful conversations with Amber in a language they are comfortable with, & all the results are then fed into our sentiment analysis engine.

Preferred Language column:

Amber supports more than 100+ languages, & the Preset Language column helps Amber understand the preferred language for the employee and will initiate all her future conversations using the same. It’s that easy!

How it works:

If language support is enabled for your account, then enter the preset language value for each employee, for example, as English, Malay, Indonesian, or French.
If language support is disabled for your account, then leave the cells blank. Amber will continue reaching out in English. Note: By default, language support is disabled for your account.

If language support was ever enabled in the past (and is now disabled), please enter preset language value for each employee as English

Organization Enabled Languages:

Choose one or more languages from the list using which Amber can reach out to your employees. The employee gets to choose from these pre-chosen options & continue their Amber-conversation in the selected language, seamlessly!
To add tenure question bank & communication in any particular language, get in touch with your CSM.
