All you need to know about Amber’s launch

From the moment you decide to hire Amber, our Customer Success team will help you with the entire launch process. It takes about 72 hours to launch Amber once you have provided all the required information.

In our experience:
Our customers usually take 14 days (max) overall to launch Amber organization-wide based on a few simple steps highlighted below.

Six easy steps for a seamless launch:

All you need to do is:

  • Sign the Contract
  • Register inFeedo as a vendor in your organization
  • Submit details about your company, such as GST, registered name, address

2. IT

We would need your IT team's help to whitelist the following :

  • Whitelist I.P : 166.78.68.39 and 34.197.64.94
    Why?
    This avoids any failure in email delivery
  • Whitelist domains : amber.infeedo.com, infeedo.com & in-f.co
    Why?
    So that emails do not land in spam or junk folders.
Note:
In case of any changes in the IT framework, let us know in advance by giving a notice of at least 7 days

3. Emails

Your CSM will share two types of email content with you. You can make necessary changes (if needed) and let us know. There are two types:

  • Reachout Emails : These emails are sent by Amber to employees on completing different milestones in your organization
  • Reminder Emails : These emails are sent to employees as reminders if they either drop the chat in between or didn't chat with Amber at all

4. Question bank

While the Customer Success team shares the question bank with you, all you need to do is:

  • Finalise the list of questions you want Amber to ask your employees
  • Send us the finalised question bank for our People Science team to review
Note:
It's strongly recommended to not make extensive changes to the question bank as this has been developed through extensive primary and secondary reserch by our People Science team.

5. Employee data

You can share your employee data with us in either of the two ways:

  • Upload Employee data: For this, please refer to our Upload Employee Data section
  • Integrate directly with HRMS: For this, please refer to our Integrations section

6. Launch date

Decide a launch date for Amber and let us know. We would certainly help you with some amazing ideas for introducing her to your team. To know how, please refer to our Launch Communication section.

Note:
We recommend launching Amber on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays as we have observed that these three days usually gets the maximum responses from the employees.
