Amber chats with every employee at regular intervals and identifies those who are disengaged or about to leave, and shares a report with you daily and/or at regular intervals. These employees are highlighted in People to Team (PTM) section of the dashboard.
The PTM algorithm developed by inFeedo uses both extrinsic and intrinsic indicators of attrition prediction; and while it does give you a fair understanding of who's disengaged or likely to leave, the algorithm has its weaknesses and cannot predict with absolute certainty.
You can sort the PTM cases by adding the desired filters like Department, Manager, Location.
Through the Schedule 1:1 feature the admin or a sub admin can send emails to your employees who have chatted with Amber from the dashboard itself. It reduces the time spent in shifting between different applications and makes it easier to get in touch with employees. Schedule 1:1 option is available on the PTM page, when a chat of an individual employee is expanded. Schedule 1:1 option is available on the bottom right hand side of the chat widget.
You get the flexibility to edit the subject and content of the mail while sending it to your employee. On clicking the 'Schedule 1:1' option, a mailer layer opens which allows you to create a nicely formated email. It is sent on behalf of Amber.
Post scheduling a 1:1 or post speaking with the employee, you can mark the status of the employee as 'In-Progress'. Once you have addressed the concern raised by the employee can mark the case as closed.
Please note: Employees never get notified about the status of the PTM cases.
You can use the Add Notes section to write down everything you feel is important with respect to the employee's feedback. The notes will also be visible to admins or sub admins.
You also have a provision to notify other admins and sub admins while marking the notes.
