PTM Ageing Report

The People To Meet (PTM) ageing report provides insights on the time taken to resolve PTM cases that minimizes employee disengagement levels.

Through this aging report, you get a quick overview of employees you need to meet on priority along with some key metrics such as Average Resolution Time (ART), at-risk employees who have exited, the drivers leading to unhappiness of the employees. This information will help you to align your resources accordingly.

This report will also inform you of the PTM cases that are open or in-progress with the ART, helping you track your feedback addressal process.

How does the ageing report works:

  1. Click on 'View Aging Report', you will get a bubble graph
  2. In the bubble graph, the x-axis reflects how long cases have been left unresolved, in days. Days are bucketed under four timelines – 0 – 30 days, 30 – 60 days, 60 – 90 days, 90+ days – The severity increases as the number of days increases.

Note:

ART (Average Resolution Time) is a critical metric where you, as an admin, need to ensure to resolve the PTM cases that reduces ART quickly. The ART trend line in the graph helps you understand and prioritize your buckets.

  1. Click on the bubble to get a list of People to Meet cases which fall under each bucket. You can read their chats by clicking on the expand button.

  1. You can also click on the option 'view the trend since Amber's launch' as this will help you understand how the feedback addressal process has been faring in the past and close loopholes for the cases under the 90+ days bucket. You will also know if, over time, the strategies you are taking to handle the feedback is working well or not.

Note:

Once you enable 'view the trend since Amber's launch' , the date range filter on top left will be disabled automatically and you will see data since the time of Amber's launch.
