Watchlist allows the admin or sub admin to ** select specific employees and mark them important**. For example, high performers, key talent, business leaders, niche skills, low performers, and so on, can be marked using a circle icon. When a Watchlist-ed employee is highlighted as at risk or disengaged in our People To Meet section, they will be listed on top for easy identification.

Bulk addition or deletion of Watchlist

Now you can manage Watchlist updates at scale with the help of this new feature on our Dashboard 2.0:

  1. After logging in, under the response rate tab (second tab on the dashboard), you will need to go to the last segment of the page that highlights the Response Rate, People Covered, and All People sections

  1. Click on the Bulk Upload option available on the top right corner of the dashboard : image.png

  2. Download the sample file from the pop-up message and add either the email IDs or the code of the employees you want to add or remove

Note:
To add an employee to the Watchlist, type 'yes'. To remove an employee from the Watchlist, type 'no'. You will find both options in the 'yes/no' column of the sample file.

  1. Per the information you have added in the sample file (email ID or employee code), select the same unique identifier and upload your file

  2. On uploading the file, the system will give you a go-ahead if the data entered was correct and will show you an error if the data entered is incorrect

  1. In case your file had an error, you can download the clean file and make remove the errors. Post correction, upload the file again and the employees will have a circle marked next to their names

Adding or removing employees one by one in a watchlist

Note :
To look for a specific employee, use the search bar located on the top left side of the filters. You can search using the name or email address of the employee

You can add or remove Watchlist-ed employees one by one from the Response Rate section under the ‘Response Rate’ tab present at the bottom of the dashboard. The admin can just select the required employee using the checkbox in front of their name and click on the watchlist category you want to add the employee to, for deleting the same employee de-select the watchlisted category he is mapped to. These categories appear when you click on 'configure watchlist' option available right on top.

Creating categories in watchlist

You can now create configurable watchlist categories, like high performers, key talent, business leaders etc. on your dashboard. This will help you segregate your employees into your own defined categories.
